BOSU TIME! by Katie Sivick-Lovgren, DPT

1. swimming (lay on belly and alternate arms and legs let swimming ) to work on back strength and core stability
2. doing steps ups onto BOSU (step up with R foot, then L foot, then step down with R foot, then L foot) and a parent can say ‘freeze’ and you have to stop and maintain balance
3. stand on BOSU and play balloon keep up, tapping balloon back and forth
4.  squat jumps, can be completed side to side or forward and backward
5. complete yoga poses on BOSU for increased challenged (tree, boat, airplane, warrior series)
