Elastic Band – Theraband Work Out, by Jenna Reeder, DPT

Stretchy Fun!

1) sidestepping with the band tied around your legs, move the band from ankles to above your knees to change the resistance
2) marching and high stepping across the room with the band tied around your legs
3) place the band inside a closed door and with two hands pull the band while pulling your shoulder blades together to focus on posture
4) place the band under your feet and hold band in both hands while doing squats to give your arms a work out too
5) push ups place the band around the middle of your back and hold it in your arms while pushing up against the band with each push-up
