Hiking with her husband and dog, Jersey, fill her spare time along with visiting family and the wine trails in New York.
As a high school soccer player she experienced small, frustrating injuries. It wasn’t until she hired an athletic trainer her senior year that someone explained to her the injury, the healing process and exercises to help heal and prevent further injury. “I knew I wanted to learn what he knew and how to help other athletes and people get better.” She thoroughly enjoys working with children. “The crazy things they say and do make me smile every day! Seeing a child achieving a goal/milestone, being able to take their first steps, or help them get a piece of equipment that makes a child’s or family’s life easier… the smiles on their faces when they reach that makes my heart happy!”
