Melissa is PST’s Director of Community Relations and Development. Born in Pittsburgh, she received her Journalism degree from Ohio University’s E.W Scripps School of Journalism along with minors in design and philosophy. While her children were young she owned and operated her own company ultimately focused on designing space for special needs within a home and she is CAPS (certification for aging in place) certified.
Outside of PST Melissa loves spending time with her kids. Her other interests include spending time with friends, architecture and design, music, exercise, sewing, and always laughter.
“I think pediatric therapy is a hidden asset. I want every parent to know the help that is available for their child.” Melissa’s child was a patient of PST’s before her employment. “It is such a great feeling knowing you work for something so important and special.”
